2010 Summer Retreat ~ Scrapper's Summer Camp

Let’s have some fun not in the sun but inside where it’s nice and cool!

When: Friday, July 23, 2010 beginning at 9 a.m. thru Sunday, July 25, 2010 ending at 2 p.m.

Where: Kirkwood National Golf Course, 277 Palmer Lane, Holly Springs, MS 38635

Come join us for an “all-inclusive” weekend of scrapin’, stampin’ and chattin’ with your girlfriends!

Your fee includes your lodging, crop space, brunches for Friday, Saturday & Sunday, dinner on Friday & Saturday night, along with all your snacks and beverages for the weekend! All you’ve got to bring is your clothes, personal toiletries and croppin’ gear. You’ve got all the amenities of a convention style croppin’ weekend without all the expense as well as traveling back & forth for meals and their expense, too!

You will have unlimited crop time! Yes, you read right!! There will be continuous crop time as the “Crop Zone” never closes! Whether you’re an “all nighter” or “up with the chickens” the crop room is ready for you!

There will be contests and door prizes! Contests for this event will be:

All items may be made ahead of time. Only one entry per contest, per person.

Vendors will be available for your shopping needs and desires! They will be listed on the website as confirmed so stay tuned for that information.

The Cottages at Kirkwood are awesome! Each cottage consists of a kitchenette with table & four chairs, furnished living area with cable tv, DVD player and four bedrooms which are really independent hotel rooms each with its own key. Each bedroom has two double beds, cable tv, mini fridge, and 2-cup coffee maker. All bed linens, towels and washcloths are provided! These cottages are really mini hotels!

Now to the business end. There are two options to choose from! Each has a 3-payment plan available.

The “Luxury Option” is having a double bed to yourself and 3’ x 6’ table for cropping at $225 per cropper. If you’d like to use the payment plan, $75 is due at booking with two remaining payments of $75 each. (There are only 10 of these spaces available and will sell out fast. They are filled on a first come, first served basis.)

The “Thrifty Option” is sharing a double bed with another cropper and having a 3’ x 3’ table for cropping. If you’d like to use the payment plan, $60 is due at booking with two remaining payments of $60 and $55, respectively.

You are always welcome to pay the event in full! All balances are due in full by June 1, 2010. (No exceptions.)

If you’d like to use your credit card to pay for this event whether in full or by payments, you may do so via PayPal. If you’re making payments, be sure to mark your calendar for 6/01/2010 as your balance is due in full by this date.
