This is your registration form and contract for the Mid South Scrappers 2010 Spring Weekend Retreat. This is an "all-inclusive" package which includes your lodging, your crop space, brunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, dinner on Friday and Saturday, along with all snacks and beverages for the course of the weekend.

There are two (2) options to choose from:
____ A bed and table to myself at $225. (SOLD OUT)
____ Sharing a bed and table with another cropper at $175.

Please note:
1 - There are a limited number of beds available for having a bed/table to yourself. (SOLD OUT)
2 - There are two beds per room, so group of four are the optimum.

Deposits are being accepted for this event! The deposit amount for the bed/table to yourself option is $150. The deposit amount for the shared bed/table option is $100. You may also select to pay your fee in full via check or money order. A new option for payment is via credit card through PayPal. Their website is www.paypal.com. Please note that menus are yet to be determined. If you have any food allergies, please send me an email to let me know so I can avoid those foods.

I understand that submission of this form along with my deposit or payment commitments me to this event. If I am unable to come, it will be up to me (the cropper) to find my replacement and/or sell my spot. If there is a waiting list, Mid South Scrappers will be glad to assist you in recuperating my fee but cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so.

If you are booking your spot via a deposit, your balance of $75.00 must be received no later than February 26, 2010. There are no exceptions.
