This is your registration form for the Mid South Scrappers (MSS) “All Day and Into the Night Crop” for January 16, 2010. The cost for the crop is $40.00 per person if paid by January 2, 2010 and $45.00 if paid at the door, space permitting. There are 24 spaces to be had at this event! We will have a maximum of three vendors at this event. There are no “write me down’s” due to lack of fulfillment and participation as well as the limited number of spaces available.

Referring New Croppers … How about some rebates! In an effort to really get the word out about these crops and fill the seats so that they can continue, I’d like to offer you a rebate for new event customers! For each new person that you refer, i.e. someone that has never been to one of my events (weekend or crop) and registers to come to a crop, you will receive a $5.00 rebate for each person up to $25.00 per crop towards your next crop fee.

This is an All-Inclusive Crop! Your fee includes all snacks and beverages for the day as well as your lunch and dinner. Beverages that are provided are Coke, Diet Coke, coffee and bottled water. Lunch is Chicken Salad, chips and pickles. Dinner is Mexican Casserole and all the trimmings.

You will have an entire 6 foot x 18 inch table to yourself. (I call these seminar tables.) I strive to sit all croppers within their group. Tables are grouped together in pods of six with four pods in the room. Please note: If you are going to bring your Cricut, Silhouette or other electronic equipment, please bring an extension cord to plug it in. Let me know if you’re planning on bringing something requiring electricity so I can sit you near a plug. You will also need to dedicate a portion of your crop space for it.

New policy from Hampton: Music is no longer allowed to be played in the Meeting Rooms due to hotel rooms being across the hall and next to the Meeting Room(s). If you’d like to bring your radio or Ipod and earplugs, you are welcome to do so.
