This is your registration form and contract for the Mid South Scrappers March Pajama Crop Party Weekend 2011. The fees listed above and below include your lodging and crop space ONLY. You will be “on your own” for your meals, snacks and beverages.

There are two options to choose from:

*Luxury Option – Full Size Bed and 3’ x 6’ of crop space all to yourself at $140 per person.

**Thrifty Option – Share a Full Size Bed with another cropper and have a 3’ x 3’ crop space at $95 per person.

You have selected: _____ Luxury Option … Bed & Table to myself at $140.

_____ Thrifty Option … Shared Bed & 3’ x 3’Table at $95.
(Bed/table mate will be: __________________________ .)

Please note:
1 – There is NO LIMIT on the Luxury Options available! Four cottages have been reserved for this event. Once those are full the event’s registration will be closed.
2 - There are two beds per room which can accommodate 2 – 4 croppers.
3 – There are four rooms per cottage making 16 rooms available for 32 - 64 croppers to attend depending on the choice of packages purchased. (I already have croppers trying to sign up for this event!)

Your non-refundable deposit of $50 will hold your crop space. You are welcome to pay your fee in full via check, money order or PayPal. I prefer PayPal to be for credit or debit cards only as they charge me a fee for this service. Their website is: www.PayPal.com. My email address for payment is: terry@midsouthscrappers.com.

A payment plan is offered for three payments for each plan. You will be responsible for making the other two payments on your own as I can not schedule recurring payments for you. Reminders for them will be in the monthly newsletter, so please mark your calendar accordingly.

Luxury Option ~ $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration, ideally in October, $45 in November and $45 again in December. Your balance must be paid in full by January 14,2011.

Thrifty Option ~ $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration, ideally in October, $25 in November and $20 in December. Your balance must be paid in full by January 14, 2011.

I understand that submission of this form along with my deposit or payment in full commits me to this event. If I am unable to come, it will be up to me to find my replacement and/or sell my spot. If there is a Waiting List, Mid South Scrappers will be glad to assist me in recuperating my fee but cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so.

If you are booking your spot via a deposit and making payments, your balance must be received no later than January 14, 2011. There are no exceptions to this date. Balances not received in full by January 14, 2011 will forfeit their deposit.

Please be sure and join us here on Facebook! You can actively participate in postings to the group. I post here more frequently that sending out the newsletters as I do not want to flood everyone’s Inbox with little bits of information and/or crops that are local.
